Services & Payment:

At Fairy Dust Hauling, we aim to make the pickup process as smooth and eco-friendly as possible. Please review our service and payment terms below:

Payment: Payment must be processed in full before pickup. We accept online payments as well as cash at the time of service.
Ownership Transfer: Once items are picked up by Fairy Dust Hauling, they become the property of Fairy Dust Hauling. We make the final eco-friendly decision regarding donation, recycling, or responsible disposal to give items their best possible next life.
Non-Refundable Services: All services are considered final and non-refundable once completed.
Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will be refunded in full.
- Same-day cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.

Prohibited Items:

For safety and legal compliance, Fairy Dust Hauling does not haul hazardous or illegal materials, including but not limited to:

Chemicals, paints, solvents, or fuels
Explosives or ammunition
Medical or biohazard waste
Toxic materials or asbestos

Discovery of prohibited items may result in service refusal or additional fees.

Liability & Safety:

Fairy Dust Hauling will make every effort to handle your items with care. However, we are not responsible for damages to property that result from unsafe conditions, improper access, or the nature of the items being removed.

You agree to provide safe access to the items for removal. Our team may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if items violate our prohibited materials policy. You agree to hold Fairy Dust Hauling harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our services.

Ownership Transfer & Sustainability Focus:

Upon pickup, all items become the property of Fairy Dust Hauling. We have full discretion to determine the next life of each item, including donation, recycling, resale, or other eco-friendly solutions. Donation receipts are not provided. Our commitment is to ensure responsible, sustainable handling of all items.

Intellectual Property:

Unless otherwise stated, Fairy Dust Hauling and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All rights are reserved. You may access our site for personal use only, subject to restrictions in these terms.

You must not:

Republish or redistribute our content without permission
Sell, rent, or sub-license material from our site
